It seems that this new season is starting to unravel for Manchester United as the team has come up with rather underwhelming performances with yet another defeat in the Premier League against struggling West Ham 3-1. So the question that comes now is if the team is as motivated as the Gaffer ahead of a Valencia game? 235a37
Manager Jose Mourinho is delighted that his side is getting another chance to redeem themselves and set this season back on track with the Champions League fixture against Valencia coming up on Tuesday.

“For myself, speaking of my own feelings, I am really happy that we have a game on Tuesday. I prefer that to only playing next Saturday, with one week of these bad feelings.”
“I look forward to that match on Tuesday and I hope the majority of the players have this same kind of mentality, and that they are looking forward to Tuesday. I have no complaints with the players’ attitude.”

United will be motivated to come up with a good show against Valencia for the team, the manager, the fans and themselves after a string of poor results although their last match was a convincing 3-0 win against BSC Young Boys in the Champions League.

Valencia too have been struggling to come up with the goods as they have won just 1 of their 7 matches so far this season with the win coming against Real Sociedad on Saturday. They will be willing to forget their performances so far and may have been boosted by this recent victory thus they can be threatening come tomorrow.

The dressing room environment itself has been toxic as it is with the open verbal spats between Pogba and Mourinho already doing the rounds. Winning this one would ease some pressure on the players and the manager, and there maybe some chance for the gaffer to clear the air about the dressing room ahead with more discussions.
We hope United delivers the goods at this crucial moment as there have been rumors that the players were openly discussing the future of their manager on the journey back to Manchester from London. Mourinho expects a more disciplined show from his team. All questions will be answered tomorrow and we will know whether the team is as motivated as the Gaffer.
