However, United’s form has taken a dip in recent weeks with Wolverhampton in the FA Cup.
United’s defeat against the Wolves in the FA Cup can be termed as the worst defeat under Solskjaer. They were outplayed by a brilliant Wolves side. It was the first time under Ole that United displayed an absolutely poor performance.
The Red Devils go up against Watford after the International break and then against Barcelona in the Champions league. With the dilemma over the permanent manager appointment almost over, most likely, they can now focus on more important things like the transfer market in the summer.

his time at the club is all but over now.
United have displayed poor defensive acts many a times during the campaign and are rightfully, being linked to get a quality centre-back this summer. And reports suggest that the Manchester United might be ready to listen to offers for Eric Bailly. The Ivorian has been moving in and out of the starting lineup under Solskjaer, and the management may as well be ready to let him leave at the end of the season.
